The House of Plantagenet (PLAN) - Training Alliance for VAST
PLAN has now been established as the dedicated training alliance for VAST, focusing on educating and empowering both new and experienced players. While PLAN remains under VAST’s support, we uphold strict neutrality in all VAST conflicts, prioritizing peaceful coexistence and the development of our members.
We offer a structured leadership led by the King of the Realm, organized diplomatically through a Round Table council. New players and veterans are encouraged to participate actively, with support and guidance at every stage.
Core Principles and Policies:
Leadership and Loyalty:
Leadership positions require active participation and demonstrated loyalty.
All leaders must sign the "Oath of Allegiance" and the "Knight's Code of Honor."
Promotions are collective decisions made by the entire leadership, and alternate accounts are typically excluded from leadership, barring special permission from the Kin.
City Settlement Rules: To maintain harmonious space distribution
10 Space Rule: New settlements must be placed at least 10 spaces away from other alliance cities unless prior permission is granted. Similarly, no one should settle within six spaces of PLAN cities without express consent. Sovereignty: Tiles within five spaces of a PLAN city or encampment are considered sovereign territory. New settlements or troop encampments within this area require permission.
Handling Abandoned Accounts:
Cities of former PLAN members belong to the alliance, with the leadership overseeing their status. Any outside claim or aggression towards these cities is seen as an act against the entire alliance.
Aggression Policy:
PLAN promotes a peaceful existence. Incidental aggression against us will be diplomatically resolved, while intentional acts will be addressed appropriately. Members must seek leadership permission before initiating any offensive action.
Harvesting and Encampments:
We communicate intentions to harvest or encamp within five spaces of others’ cities. Encampments near other alliance territories are for resource protection, not aggression. Courtesy and respect for established territories are expected from all.
Confederation Agreements:
PLAN considers its confederation alliances as family and remains committed to supporting them through trade and diplomatic mediation. Military support is limited to self-defense and territorial protection in line with our peaceful, neutral stance.
Recruitment and Activity Expectations:
We aim to recruit active players committed to regular engagement. Applicants with multiple alliances in the past year require leadership approval. Leadership roles are for highly active members only, and accounts inactive for over 70 days without notice may be absorbed into the alliance, with their future decided by the King and leadership.
