The Knights of Illyiriad is an alliance of individuals who have little-to-no interest in political matters. Remaining neutral to all parties, their sole purpose is growth, expansion, and providing aid to others who may need it regardless whether they are new to the Realm of Illyriad, or seasoned veterans with proven reputations. Every member has a role to fulfil, as teamwork is considered to be essential. You have to decide what option suits yourself best, and there won't be anyone judging you for such decisions. However, keep in mind that peace only lasts for so long regardless who you are. The first, and foremost responsibility of any knight is to defend those who can not defend themselves. That is to say, if an ally is in need it is expected that any aid available will be provided to them, as you'd expect the same service if you were the one in need of help. The second responsibility of any knight is to remain curteous and respectful, and to uphold the laws of chivalry. |
