Policies

1. We claim all land within ten squares from our cities.
2. If you move in close proximity of our cities please respect this space as we will need to utilise it.
3. New cities within five squares will not be accepted.  Permission if less than 10, must be sought.
4. Harvesting on our land and even our sov is not strictly prohibited as long as prior permission is obtained from the owner.
