I am Loonie.  I send stuff to random people.  It is what I do in Illy.  I don't sell stuff, I don't accept payment.

If I send you stuff you didn't want, I apoligize.  Just send it to someone else, send it back, or whatever.

Occasionally I send to active small towns I see on the map.  But mainly I send stuff to people I see in chat, mails, or my friends list.  So if it upsets you that I send stuff, let me know.  As my memory for names is terrible, I will simply block you in chat and remove from my friends list.  If I don't see you, I don't send!

Again, I apoligize to all those I have offended by sending stuff.
