Researched Towns (NEW): I am now offering researched towns for a higher price. This doesn't mean FULLY researched towns. This means a selection of research will be done in the terraformed town (Most likely a portion of City to enable the Warehouse and the res booster buildings, along with a bit of Trade to allow Skinner's Guild and Trade Office) and then the town is demo'd down to 0 for capture. The price will likely be 4 scraps per and it will likely take 2 weeks to finish. Price will change due to expected time and you will be expected to pay for books. Contact me for exact details.
*Price is rounded up for any decimal point, so realistically the sale only affects every 10th scrap.
**I expect the person ordering the terra to make the arrangements for anything involving being within 10 squares of another player's town, be it aquiring an invite to an alliance or getting confederations set up. I will try my best to get the terraformer an invite but if the spot is within a player's 10 and the order cannot be done or this turns out to be an issue that causes delays then I may charge extra to make up for it.
3 clay is archers or infantry, 3 stone is good for everything *except* infantry, 3 wood is infantry or spears, 3 iron is cav or geomancer.
