I am the founder of Empire of Qingdao, which is the sister alliance to Colonist Empires.  I am soon to be the leader of a training alliance, which has been agreed upon by myself and the leader of Colonist Empires, Sheogorath.  I hope that in the future months CE and EOQ and future alliances branched off by the two will remain united and grow to a true power.
