After some months of absence, Mwahahaha returned. This was unexpected and I thought it was not possible for a player to return after 90 days of not logging in.

If you maintain blockades on an absent members cities thier account remains open and can be resumed. This should be taken into account when deciding whether or nor to reclaim their cities.
