All resources within ten squares of my cities are mine.  If you are a friend or a member of my alliance, you may be granted permission to harvest.  If you are not a friend or ally, DO NOT harvest in my territory.  If you make a kill in my territory, and if one of your cities is closer to it than one of my cities, you may harvest your own kill.  That is only fair.  NEVER mistake my generosity for weakness. Absolutly no settling or terraforming within ten squares of any of my cities without my permission.  Any such violation will be met with a military response.

DO NOT EVER HUNT ELEPHANTS ANYWHERE NEAR MY TERRITORY!!!
