Coming soon... "Twisty's back in the saddle"

   420 miles round trip (675 km) ... 9 counties...  5 days... raising funds and awareness for a local autism charity, to help their plans to build a sensory playpark....

   something that will provide a safe and enjoyable environment for those living locally with autism

 

By next Thursday I'll be finished, and I'll go home, back to everyday life, whatever the difficulties I'll have faced, it's nothing compared to the challenge faced by those with autism, their families and carers. They don't see it as a challenge to be overcome though, it's just a way of life. A mother with a daughter who has autism, a sister whose brother has autism, they don't see them as needing a cure, as sick or ill... just different. They don't see them as special needs, just special. A person with autism, and the pride in them shown by their families, can be truly inspirational, it's what has inspired me to do this challenge and when times are tough next week, it's those people I know affected by autism and what they face, that will carry me through, and bring me home!

I'm easy going, i'm here for the trade aspect of the game.. I like to keep my harvesters busy.  I consider within 5 squares of your town in your shorts.. and 5 squares of my town in my shorts... Within 5-10 squares is at the same table.. if you are eating from my table and you live three states away.. it might be rude... if the food has sat there for a while and nobody's hungry go ahead... i would.  If its further than 10 squares.. whatever.. it's the same county do your thing.. I don't care who killed it (npc's kill npc's just follow behind a spider.. you'll stay busy.  sometimes of the year are better than others.. it's a game DON'T GET YOURSELF TWISTED OVER GREED.. if you want more play more.. you'll find more and stay busy... I'm an active player most of the time. 

 

  That said don't take my kindness as weakness, i'm not dumb, i'm not weak, i know how to defend myself and i have friends who know how too.  I'm just the middleman trying to set things up so you have a place to buy a variety of stuff... Help if you want, or let me be and you'll reep the rewards of my labor later when you need something. 

 

This is who i am and how i view illy.  respect that and respect me and i will respect you.  If you feel i've wronged you talk to me about it first and i'll do you the same courtesy.  Troll me and i'll ignore you, kill you... or make you feel stupid...  depends on how i feel that day ;) 

 

Try to enjoy this game, hell, try to enjoy life.. you only live once .. there's no point in being miserable when you figure out you are the one in control of how you feel.  find a way, it's worth it.  especially if you can find a way to be happy and bring happiness to others without causing anyone else misery.

If I have something Sov'd and you hop on it without my permission, i'm likely to kill your harvesters... if you place an army within 5 of my town.. i'll likely kill it or have it killed or both and dance on their graves.. maybe even worse... Because!!! Armies near my town won't be tolerated and..i pay for it if i have it sov'd it costs me to keep it sov'd and because i pay for it i pay for the right to harvest it... I wouldn't harvest anything you have sov'd .. .. unless you were gone for a few weeks and there was no action whatsoever on your profile... then heck.. if you're not going to .. then theirs no harm in me cleaning the plate till you decide to show back up.... if i'm gone that long.. i probably won't kill your guys, i'll just bump em when i'm back ..  *(prolly depends on how i feel that day, lol or how long it's been since i signed in.)
