Hammers descendants are from a proud honorable stock of Dwarf. Very professional and courteous. They take pride in their honor and respect others when they deserve and gain their respect. To be a friend is a life long journey with Hammer. As is to be an adversary.
Hammer was a general in the great wars before he found Travelers Rest. His loyal army ,those that were left from the tiring bloody battles, founded Travelers Rest along Hammers side. In an attempt to enjoy the fruits of their labor, they founded a place people, Dwarves, Elves, and anyone else could go to live out their days. With the great wars at an end the time to live as they wanted , which was what they faught so diligently for, was at hand. Hammer had never know such a life and fell in love with Travelers rest. With his battle born spirit and soul, Hammer has vowed to protect the the town of Travelers Rest till his dying breath.
Travelers Rest-
Travelers rest is a place of peace and tranquility. Like a breezy summers day the citizens of Travelers Rest work and play in complete balance and order to achieve the existence of their realm. Travelers Rest is the town of peace that every idea of a peaceful happy place thought of in the mind is based upon. The aura of contentment looms in the air as the citizens go about their daily business. The children play with no worries about anything but having fun and the games of childhood importance. There is no worries for any resident of Travelers Rest, so how could a city like this not prosper? Hammer treats the residents of Travelers Rest like they are his bretheren.
In the beginning days of Travelers Rest there was barely a town there. Hammer used the strong will and Dwarven strength of his spirit and nature to create an atmosphere of brotherhood, respect, and honor in Travelers Rest. The spirit of the town brought many people in that were enlightened and brought to a feeling of belonging to something bigger than themselves. The feeling of being in Travelers Rest sparks a feeling of fedelity and a sense to protect the special place of which they reside.
As the town grew more people came to Travelers Rest. Most out of curiosity of the secrets and accomplishments Travelers Rest held within its city walls. The spirit that Travelers Rest possesses astounds ones wonder of achievement.
Of course the story was just begining......
Travelers rest started as a small gathering of homes and a small keep in the middle of the village. Word traveled of the prosperity that could be obtained in a small thriving village and the possibility of growth that was available. People, Dwarves and Elves alike began showing up to profit from the growing economy of Travelers Rest. Before Hammer and the village folk knew it their village had grown. As the village grew Hammer assigned everyone a task and they were more than happy to perform the task assigned to them. For Hammer knew that if the citizens were happy they wouldn't mind their jobs, and the work would be completed well.
