The Dark Wizard Wandermist
Very little is known about the elven wizard Wandermist.
Rumors say that he is older than even the oldest of elves.
Living in solitude with few visitors , deep in thick forested hills next to rivers of dark swirling icy waters the wizard dwelled.... and then one day his castle dissappeared, only to reappear many months later far to the south.
Those that remember him say he was always searching throughout the world for magics still unknown to him. But also he would shut him self away in his castle for months sometimes years on end. The lightening continually surrounding his castle , clue enough that he was working on dark spells perhaps summoning unearthly creatures , fey spirits , specters etherial to do his bidding.
Those that have dared to look report many darkly cloaked riders coming and going from the castle late in the night.
The riders seemed to be surrounded by thick impenetrable fogs of darkness. Demonic Assassins perhaps.
When this Wizard kills something, be assured that he will harvest it for spells and such... Best NOT to anger him.
Call upon him if you must, but be ready for anything to happen if you do.

6 Scribes required to spy 2 locations, do the first locations before the 2nd ones,
When a town collects all 20 scribes, that town gains discovery Allembine Research Techniques, which grants +5 research points hourly per Library Level.
