Mining Rules
Mines sov'd to Hairyshort and Dungsholeveux may be mined by alliance members. However, the sov owner reserves the right to bump miners. This is due to problems with long distance miners who are sent from distances exceeding the mining times. Hairy and Dung take a relatively relaxed view about mining within the alliance. Dung is in his own alliance largely to reserve the alliance name of which he is rather fond.
