resources near my towns are available for harvest without prior notice to me, but I reserve the right to bump you if you have not sent me an email before-hand.
monsters/animals are similarly available to be attacked. If an accidental combat occurs, I'm sure we can work it out. I have a tendency to park my soldiers on a victorious tile if I want to collect the harvest, so if there are animal parts left around my towns they are also mostly up for grabs.
