My rules for newbies who want resources:

You can mail me for resources, I don't mind (but other people do ^_~) or for advice about anything. If you're in my alliance, none of the above apply and you can ask for whatever you need. I shall endevour to help anyone under our banner and you should not need help from anyone else.
