From the lying ground came up a new country, Carolingia Magna, federating various tribes under the same banner.

1 - Sovereignty is the own and total property of the related city.

Settlement - army - harvesting are strictly forbidden on sovereignty.

2 - The 3 squares radius area surrounding a city is the own and total property of the related city.

Settlement - army - harvesting are strictly forbidden on the 3 squares radius area surrounding a city.

3 - Settlement and standing armies are strictly forbidden on the 7 squares radius area surrounding a city.

We would greatly appreciate to have contacts before any settlement within the 10 squares limit of our cities.
