Forgot About Freeman! 

Black Mesa is an alliance built on a few rules and with a few guidelines, so let's get started shall we? 

1. My main (freeman) and my alt (Adrian) have a few cities outside its core small land claim. These are outposts and are not to be messed with. 

2. I have a small landclaim around my core cities in the BL. This claim starts from White Forest to Santego Military Base and is 30 titles wide. Standard LC rules apply. 

3. I am open to trade deals and offers to hire out my troops at an open cost.
