The Old Guard [OGRD] is a trading and training alliance built on experience. We value consistency over noise, discipline over impulse, and results over talk. Players join us to improve, contribute, and operate with purpose.
We focus on three things:
Trade.
We approach the market with intent. Deals are calculated, positions are deliberate, and growth is steady. We aim to shape the market—not loudly, not recklessly, but with consistency and a certain stubborn competence.
Development.
Every player starts somewhere, usually confused and slightly under-resourced. We remember that. So we train players to become capable and self-sufficient. Guidance is direct, practical, and based on experience. You will not be rushed, but you will not be left
guessing either.
Continuity.
We provide a place for veteran players who have marched, fought, lost sleep, and perhaps lost interest in doing it all again tomorrow. We provide something quieter, a place where experience is shared, where purpose remains, even when the pace slows.
We operate on loyalty, awareness, and a shared standard of competence. If you are looking to improve and contribute, you will fit here.
Positions:
- Warden: Leads the alliance and sets direction.
- Deputy Warden: Consulted in the absence of the Warden. Provides continuity in leadership and decision-making.
- Vanguard: Experienced members who guide others and uphold standards.
- Trader: Manages resources, market activity, and economic flow.
- Initiate: PvP recruits in training, preparing for future deployment and possible transition to TCol.
- Apprentice: Traders in training, focused on market fundamentals and resource management.
Affiliation: The Old Guard is the official training alliance of The Colonist Empire [TCol]. Some members will be placed within TCol’s land claim for strategic alignment. Players pursuing PvP may transition there as they progress.
