Here at C-N, we believe in structured chaos; without a structure guaranteeing chaos, it could easily accidentally fall into an ordered pattern and we wouldn't want that.

One example of structured chaos can be found in how we are run. Although we are a vibrant dictatorship, many of the big decisions are left up to alliance-wide polls.
