The world has grown old, fearful, and weak in the monotony of peace. The lands are prosperous and the coffers of those in power overflow. It is a time of trade and craft and greed, where those of sword and bow and shield are persecuted for their
longing of a distant battlefield. Shunned for their desire to relive the glory of the wars of old. It is a time where unseen politics and backdoor deals are used to intervene in the most modest of conflicts.
It is a time, like all others, that must see its end.
We are a young alliance of warriors called to these lands in search of glory, gold, and gore. Gathered under one banner by the Emperox, Cardenia Wu, we have a single primary focus - to carve rivers of blood into the lands of Elgea and disrupt the ideologies
of those who have grown complacent. All else that may happen, is simply an extension of that goal.
As the world is reborn from fire, so too, are we forged through flame.

We welcome new players with open arms, with resources, and with tutelage.
We thrive on communication and tight bonds. Respect and honor are a must, as we stand together in battle, camaraderie is our greatest shield.
Settlement & Exodus:
We, like others, utilize the 10-square rule which forbids any player to settle a city within the 10-square radius of a TRST member. There will be very limited room for negotiation available with this rule. Discussed and agreed exceptions will be made for allies. That said, any and all cities settled within a 5-square radius will be considered of hostile intent, and addressed with extreme prejudice. All TRST members consider the 5-square radius surrounding their cities to be sovereign property waiting to be claimed.
Hunting & Harvesting:
Similar to the above sentiment, all Harvesting & Hunting within a 5-square radius will be considered encroachment on sovereign territory. Given the nature of the map, we are aware it is difficult(if not impossible) to enforce a radius larger than this with any rational thought or behavior. However, if the harvesters of our members are consistently bumped and/or killed, we will consider it a hostile act by the individual involved.
All above rules are applied internally in equal measure. Should one of our commit a violation, contact TRST leadership to discuss the discretion and reach an amicable end.
Also of note, we give our players considerable autonomy. At times the actions of one are not reflective of the general feelings of leadership. The same is true of the rules they apply to their own individual kingdoms, check player profiles for their personal approach to the above. While we give players autonomy and simultaneously hold them accountable, we also defend them to the end. Attempted bullying and outright disregard leaves a sour taste in everyone’s mouth, let’s not go that route.
Diplomacy:
This one is simple right? If we have to tell you how to conduct diplomatic ventures, then it’s probably an act of failure to begin with, no?
Grievances:
For individual concerns and/or complaints with another player, feel free to reach out directly before running it up the chain of command. We are also here to foster the growth of Illyriad, and player communication is instrumental to that process. If it feels as though the issue is beyond that of an individual player, or one that cannot be resolved between the two parties involved then the leadership is generally available for resolution of conflict.
