Black Mesa"s Land Claim is : 665, -2915 to 683, -2889. It is 30 tiles wide.
1. No other Trade Units are allowed into my Land Claim.
2. No other players are allowed to move into the Land Claim.
3. I have outposts that lie outside my Land Claim. Please do not mess with them. Any outpost ( any of my city's outside the Black Mesa Landclaim) is not part of Black Mesa's Landclaim and will not send out hostile troops. But any attack or seige on one of this outposts will be defended by Black Mesa's forces. But these troops will serve in a purely self defense role and will not attack any city's or force's outside of seige troops attacking a Black Mesa Outpost.
