The Lupercalian Union exists as a thematic alliance for HoRRis/MoRRis Lupercal. HoRRis is a full-time member of The Grand Fleet (YARR/KELTS/DREDD), with additional Lupercalian Union incentives provided exclusively to Grand Fleet members.

Lupercalian Union Trade Incentive Program (LUTIP):
In an effort to promote trade in smaller hubs across the Broken Lands, I will be selling a small bundle of items at predetermined small hubs. These sales are typically between 80% to 90% off of centrum, and will take place weekly at 23:59 Sunday server time. This is a collection of spreadsheets I have been working on to help in my Illyriad journey. It includes a crafting companion, a city planner, and an empire planner. The crafting companion has a material calculator, material usage search, and item stat search (WIP). The city planner allows you to plan out all aspects of a city, including sovereignty, res generation and consumption, troop upkeep, population, and much more! The empire planner allows you to configure up to 60 city sheets and see the collated stats from all of them on one sheet.

The Lupercalian Union was formed in a small farming community known as Porthurgrad on the outskirts of Riverpass, in the province of Keppen. After years of poor living conditions, constant war, and famines, HoRRis Lupercal and a band of farmers, city guards, and hungry peasants joined together to take a stand against Lord Porthur, the Royal Duke of Keppen. On the night of November 25th, 1048, the newly formed Lupercalian 1st Legion stormed the gates of the Porthurgrad Keep and took control of the fortifications. This was the catalyst of the November Revolution and the Lupercalian Union's fight for sovereignty began.
The humble 1st Legion stood no chance of an assault on the Duke of Keppen’s forces, so instead took up defensive positions in the newly renamed HoRRisgrad Keep while a band of Lupercalian settlers and scholars, led by HoRRis, marched south to the Broken Lands in search of a place to call home for the Union. Luckily for HoRRis, a band of sympathetic pirates agreed to help the Lupercalian cause, and began providing logistical support for the Union. With the help of his new friends, The Grand Fleet, HoRRis settled the first Lupercalian city in the Orken Coast named St. HoRRisburg. This allowed the Union to expand exponentially, mostly by lending support to similar revolutions across the lands of Illyria.
By mid January of 1049, five more cities had joined the Lupercalian Union and the need for centralization became apparent. Many of the problems that led to the November Revolution still persisted due to strained logistical networks. In an effort to alleviate this stress, HoRRis ordered a retreat of the 1st Legion and citizens of HoRRisgrad from Keppen, and the relocation of all other Lupercalian assets to the Orken Coast, which would later come to be known as the Long March.
