How to make terra:

• Create temporary alt account.
• Get city to 450 pop.
• Find buyer.
• Settle 2nd city on tile with resource distribution desired by buyer. Don't build anything in the second city, keep it at 0 population so it's easy to siege. (a 1 pop city requires siege engines to reduce population, with a 0 pop there's no pop to reduce so you can just walk in, makes it easier).
• Use your teleport spell to move your 2nd city to the spot desired by your buyer.
• Receive payment (usually 1 prestige scrap) and abandon your terraform account. Make sure anything valuable is sent to your main account before abandoning.
