I claim all kills with in 10 squares of my cities. Any harvesters not given permission to harvest within that area, will be destroyed.
I am unsure why someone would send harvesters several hundred squares away when they have lots to harvest right beside them ...
Other than that, I am currently a harvester / crafter.
