"I claim rights to 10 sq of my cities. I ask that you do not place armies within 10 squares of any of my cities without permission. I may attack them without warning. Same goes for harvesters on my sovs or within 5 squares of my cities. between 5-10 squares is negotiable provided you ask first."
Terraforming Network Services:
I manage players with terraform accounts to fulfill bulk orders as well as single orders. There is no profit that I gain from it that isn't evenly distributed to the terras in my network. To become a part of my network, reach out to me through Discord (IKnights is my discord name) or through IGM, Discord is preferred as I can't effectively check on Illy without being on my PC.

Price: 2 Prestige Scraps (Or market value in gold).
Fine Print: I expect the person ordering the terra to make the arrangements for anything involving being within 10 squares of another player's town, be it aquiring an invite to an alliance or getting confederations set up. If this turns out to be an issue that causes delays then I may charge extra to make up for it.

Story behind Neptune:
Some years ago, I was the leader of a mercenary alliance. We had a sister alliance, and 4 players went around attacking newb accounts. One of those players was Neptune. They attacked an account that was the alt account of a bigger player, who proceeded to declare he would raze them and anyone who helped them unless they paid him 1 billion gold.
Leadership between the alliances held council, and I suggested paying the bounty for them and then they would pay me back in installments. It's a game. I can always make back the money. It was agreed and done. However when it became time for me to start collecting payment Neptune and co decided that they didn't want to pay anymore, since they went back on their word, we started sieging them and capturing the towns while collecting loot to pay me back. (During all of this the Kimmyeo backstabbery drama happened and she tried using the whole thing as a PR move and offering prestige tomes to newb ring me and blah blah blah, but that's old news).
We ended up newb ringing Neptune and co, and considered that to be that. If they rebuilt, no worries. Price of restarting has been paid. Neptune decided to make new accounts and then started attacking me a few months later. We newb ringed him. He did it again and again with new accounts. This time he has building the accounts since January 2023 and sent an all out siege. Normally, I'd be prepared and it would be no problem because his military setup sucks. However, I've been inactive for a couple years due to real life. So I had zero troops and was only alerted via Discord when the siege announcements came. The goal is to save my towns while he is newb ringed, and I'll be moving my towns since I'm going to be active again.
