When first starting commanders, heroism should always be the first thing to max out, then you can work on maxing out the other skills (I would personally do the increase in speed, so it takes a shorter amount of time to reach the target and alternate attack strength)

 

 [@i=5|100] = Dogs (or any of the other types of dogs/ Wolves) for Hides, used in almost everything, so always have a steady supply ready

[@i=5|695]   [@i=5|696] [@i=5|697]  [@i=5|698] ~ These elementals almost always drop salts, which can be sold for a good amount of money on the markets and can be used in crafting materials

[@i=5|76] [@i=5|77] [@i=5|78] [@i=5|79] [@i=5|80]   [@i=5|81]   [@i=5|82] [@i=5|83] ~ These are cav units (T1 & T2) They have the strongest attack out of any of the other units. However, they do require the most time and materials to train. They also have the most gold per hour.

Send spies to all locations above and you will receive as reward a Scribe of Allembine for each spied location (6 Scribes require to spied 2 locations, do the first locations before the 2nd ones) .... Scribe of Allembine is a spy unit with low upkeep (2 gold p/h) but high defensive value (120) ..... When a town collect all 20 scribes, that town gain discovery Allembine Research Techniques, which grants +5 research points hourly per Library level.
