Welcome to the Silly Hats

In the olden days of Illy, the townsfolk all wore the same style clothes, hats and shoes, made of leather. One member of the community noticed how boring this looked and decided to try new and wonderful things, with Hats!

He thrived on making his unique and crazy hats and the townsfolk loved the new ideas. soon enough everyone had a new silly hat and brightenend up the town! You can hear their enchanted laughter and giggles if you so happen to pass by, or pop in to buy a new hat! Some say it could be magical......

"It is impossible to travel faster than the speed of light, and certainly not desirable, as one's hat keeps blowing off.

We are a fun alliance and don't put any pressure on our members, just to have fun in illy and respect other players. 

So if you fancy a giggle, just mail Petalli or Twinklett for consideration.

We will consider players of any size, even elves hehe!

Please respect the 5 square rule around anyone of our Alliance's city's to include NPC's, Land Herb's and Mineral's. If you wish to hunt or harvest near one of us please send that player a IGM and wait for a response. If we notice you are harvesting in our area we will send you a IGM asking you to remove yourself and if there is no response after 24 hours we will bump you. If you do experience any problems with one of our members, please contact Cavscout5 in the first instance!

The first rule of Silly Hats is: You do not talk about Silly Hats. The second rule of Silly Hats is: You do not talk about Silly Hats. Third rule of Silly Hats : if someone yells stop, goes limp, taps out, the joke is over. Fourth rule: only two jokes at a time. Fifth rule: one question at a time. Sixth rule: no shirts, no shoes ( unless your a female). Seventh rule: Jokes will go on as long as they have to. And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first night in the Alliance, you have to tell a joke!
