Alliance Guidelines

Harvesting on Sov claimed by the members of this alliance or harvesting within 5 squares is not allowed without permission from the player itself. We do abide the 10 square rule outlining the cities of the HIPsters. Settling within those 10 squares can only be done after talking to the player where you want to settle closer to. Any marking army from Honour is there for a reason and most likely means a town will pop up there within a short amount of time. Any marking army should be handled like it was a town already, so again we do abide the rule that the one wanting to settle near the marking army must contact the player the army belongs to.
