                                                                                       Kasai=Fire=Change

 

     The goal of The Covenant is to become the strongest/best at what you do. Whether your a merchant/hunter or a military player our goal is to help eachother grow and be the fire that shapes the strongest steel. No matter your size you can grow with us in our great journey to rise to the top. And like all great things they must start small, however we will not rise slowly. All our members must be actively growing or at least notify how active they will be.

 

The Ranks:

 

-Starting off everyone will be a Kasai until you find a path

 

-The path of the warrior will be called Yol

 

-The path of the merchant/hunter/crafter will be simply called Tradesmen

 

-One who knows what they are doing on the path of the warrior will be called Zhànshì

 

-One who knows what they are doing on the path of the Tradesmen will be part of the Trader's Guild who will all work together in their trading and be ran by the Trader Elites

-Kasai Xun is the one who makes their own undefined path, above that of the normal Kasai

 

-Those who will train the Yol and lead as commanders of the Zhànshì will be called Zhànshì Yol

 

-This rank will be apart of the council and train the Tradesmen, and council the Trader's Guild. These are the Trader Elites

 

-There will be one who is within the council and the general of the warrior class, the Zhànshì General

 

-The leaders of diplomacy and Voice of the Covenant will be the one's entrusted to correct and advise Grand Master and even overthrow him/her if necessary and choose a new leader. When a Grandmaster leaves it's their job to organize a vote for all of the members of the Covenant to find a new Grand Master. There will be no bias on size or experience for a new leader. The election will consist of 5 possible Candidates.

 

-Grand Master leader of the council and most entrusted to help keep the Covenant moving forward, this rank will hold most responsibility. And keep in mind not to change the Covenant for the bad nor be a bully/deceptive the only actions to be kept secret by Grand Master is tests for their students which will be revealed later

 

The Council:

Consisting of Grand Master, three Voices of the Covenant, one Zhànshì General, and any number of Trader Elites the council is responsible for making sure all underlings are growing at max potential or at least moving at a good pace. Making sure there is no problems and everyone is happy. And of course waging war anyone who threatens us or any member. They will also we in charge of updating our policies.
