OrRC [OrRC]

Founded By:Grrosh O'ssk Founded On:13DEC15 17:40

The new age of the Orc is now....

For years the scattered tribes of Northern Elgea, dispersed by the combined efforts of the humanoids of the South, scratched a meager existence in the barren and craggy foothills of The Wastes and other remote regions.  A new dawn has approached in the visions of the once great Warchiefs.  A dawn of prosperity, growth, spoils and Orcish prosperity.  Not in the old Orcish ways but a contrast to the infighting, Clan wars, and constant subjugation of other Greenskin tribes.  A vision of might and union.  A new Order of the Orc!

The Order of the Orc [OrRC] is a confederation of Orc Clans or "Bajrak" for the greater good and advancement of the Greenskin.  A union bound by alliance in the time of war and during prosperity.  Anchored firmly in Kal Tirikan, the tribes of Elgea have a greater purpose in the advancement and restablishment of the Orc.

   Order of the Orc Haluth

[OrRC] focuses on the continued progression, expansion and prosperity of its members.  It is based in Northern Elgea.  As it is Orc-only that is comitted to the advancement of all members in unity and cooperation with other Orc-only alliances and friendly mixed trading alliances.

The Conclave of the Chosen:  (or Council of the Five in the days of the Always-Chiefs) Is the ruling Hierarchy for allied Clans.  It is made up of the five most loyal and active Warchiefs and together decides future military, economic, geopolitical tendencies and expansion.  The vote rules all decisions in this new beginning.

Conclave of the Chosen-Current Warchiefs:

1]Grrosh O'ssk of Clan Bloodtusk and Order Highchieftain

2]Dura Lazgar of Clan Wolf Claw

3]Ruprecht of Clan Broken Skull

4]Shûl-nak of Clan Shûl-nak and Order Serjeant

5]

Order Clan Caste System:

Order Highchieftain:  The Highchief occupies the fifth seat on The Chosen and has the final vote.  The primary purpose of the Highchieftain is 'leading' and not 'ruling' the various other Clan members as the Always-chiefs had done.

Order Warchief/tess:  The four seats of The Chosen are given to these Warchiefs.  The all hold equal representation and meet upon each changing season, current crisis or any other important Order decisions.

Order Warchieftess:  The Chosen can be occupied by the First-born female of a deceased Clan Chieftain with no male hiers.  The Warchieftess Orc holds the same esteem and honor as her male counterpart.

Clan Warchief/Warchieftess:  All Orc Clans comprising Order of the Orc are led by a Clan Warchief or Warchieftess.  These Clan leaders rule other numerous nearby tribes and settlements.  These core Clans are the lifeblood of [OrRC].

Order Shaman:  These mystics keep a watchful eye on the horizon.  They seek new and worthy Clans for the Order.  Clan Warchieftains rely heavily on the Clan Shamans for guidance in important military, ecomomic and political decisions.  Thier keen senses and magic prowess are well honored as they guide the tribal scouts, runners and trackers in clandestine operations.

Order Sergeant or "Rroshatar":  This all important military expert is second only to the Shaman.  Advising the HighWarchief on important military strategies and tactics in the art of warfare and protection of the Order.  The Sergeant is also a Conclave participant and veteran of many wars.

Clan Capitals:

Clan capitals often adopt the lastname of the most recent Chieftain.  An example might be:  A Clan Chieftain with the name of "Togg U'gak" might change the name entirely to one of Orcish decent or simply adopt one of the common endings to add to part of thier last name such as "gar, okk, mok, ag, orah, en, al, or uk" which would change from "Shard" to "Shard U'gaken" or just "U'gaken".  This would symbolize the rulership of the most Orc Warchieftain.  It is smiled upon very heavily by the HighChieftain.

Do not harvest or camp in our five square radius or we will remove it.  We will not harvest in yours as well.

Trade:

The scattered Trade Hubs of Elgea that are friendly to Humans, Elves, and Dwarves still hold value for Orcish trade.  The uneasy peace of the Crimson Dawn's Hohnsval market allows Orcs access to the wares and supplies needed in the Clan towns of the Order.

The preferred Faction for Orcish trade are the Drangu Mundas  #/Alliance/Faction/38.   The Ogres have a symbiotic relationship with thier fellow Greenskin (the Orc) and often will serve in Orcish Armies.  Orc-only trade should thrive in this Hub and any wares should be discounted as such.  The Ogres do enjoy thier cut and provide ample protection for the Orc merchants and thier Clans.
