The Roman Empire "RE" is an active Territorial Alliance based in Westmarch in the Broken Lands.
The Roman Empire Land Claims Westmarch. All Cities in Westmarch are property of Rome, unless written consent has been given by Roman leadership.
Rome does not recruit new members during times of conflict.

Confederations with the Roman Empire are not undertaken lightly, and Confederates will be defended when called upon.

Non-Aggression Pacts ("NAPs") will be entered on a case-by-case basis.

If a NAP conflicts with a Confederation, the Confederation will take priority and the NAP will be dropped.
