The Black Company is a wing of The White Company.

Unlike [White], [Black] is recruiting. Applications can be send to Crank or Sythinor.

Members of [Black] are considered trial members of [White] and can earn promotion by proving themselves in war.

This is a military alliance, anyone wishing to apply will be required to construct and maintain a large army.

Do not apply however, thinking this will be the dominating alliance of Illyriad, we are mercenaries not empire builders.

Promotion to [White] is a time consuming process, the game puts severe limitations on how many members an alliance can have and as a result promotion to [White] will be slow and select, that said members of [Black] are under the same leadership and enjoy the majority of benefits available to [White] members.

The in-game leader of [Black] is an officer of [White] operating under orders from the [White] leadership at all times.
