The Confederation Helvetica is a small but strong Alliance of City States within a close geographical proximity. All actions which could have consequences for other member states should only occur with a majority vote from all members of the alliance. Our aim is to secure our members local borders so that they can be free to expand their Empires further afield without having to worry about their Capital cities or home towns being under threat. ALLIANCE STRUCTURE; We aim to be a geopgraphically small Alliance but realise the need to have outlying realms of influence and such members are our "Commanders of the Outer Empire". The Alliance guarantees protection to all those members who stay within the bounds of our alliance treaty. The easiest way for us to maintain this protection is to constantly maintain a standing army of at least 100 troops who can be dispatched at a moments notice. Further reinforcments and plans of attack can then be divised by the members of the alliance. With the new Sovereignty rules we are going to try to create a structure where-by different members focus on differnt skills and then the produce from these skills will be spread throughout the empire. Once we feel that our Alliance is in a suitably strong position and should it pass a majority vote within the members it is assumed that we will begin on a crusade to conquer all those forces who remain within our spheres of influence. The alliance has no qualms with their members being aggressive and expansionist but simply requires that they discuss any actions against other alliances with the Confederation Helvetica before dragging the whole Alliance into a long and bloody war.
