(although it must be said I'd welcome some Leadership here, as I haven't the patience for that, nor the time)

The only limit for new members is that you must log in at least 4-5 days out of each week and be actively growing your settlements, hamlet, town, etc.. Inactives will be removed after one month. Also, any immature behavior or spamming etc.. is considered cause for banning from the Guild forever! Treat others respectfully and as you would like to be treated.
To avoid confusion I would like to state that the name of this alliance is based on the name of a famous race horse whose lineage and offspring include Secretariat, and therefore has nothing to do with philosphy regarding how the alliance is run. Just so you know. 

 

Anarchy (from Greek: ??a???? anarchía), has more than one colloquial definition.

(I'll not provide the USA definition here as it is irrelevant to this Alliance purposes)

Outside of the US, and by most individuals that self-identify as anarchists, it implies a system of governance, mostly theoretical at a nation state level although there are a few successful historical examples^[5], that goes to lengths to avoid the use of coercion, violence, force and authority, while still producing a productive and desirable society.
